From March 24th to the end of February 25th, we had a house built in Coëx (Vendée) by Maisons-Privat. They are excellent professionals, reliable and competent, and they listen attentively to the client's needs. We are very satisfied with the results. From the beginning of the project to its completion, we received excellent support from Sébastien Nogue (sales) and Élisabeth Fiève (administrative support). Both provided excellent advice and invaluable assistance. It's a shame we didn't have a single construction manager. But everyone did their utmost. We hadn't realized, perhaps a little naively, that the lead times could be long. This is normal when there are several construction projects going on at the same time. It's a shame we couldn't get the keys until the work was completed. This company employs high-quality professionals. The craftsmen (from Privat and external contractors) did a very good job. Highly recommended.
While I was researching builders, and quite worried about the complexity and complexity of the choice, I asked around and was told that, in Vendée, if there was one go-to builder, it was Maisons PRIVAT. Wanting to be on the safe side, I followed through with several builders. So, all things considered—plan design, strong project proposals, impeccable support, construction-price ratio, quality and clarity of discussions, and the patience and availability of my PRIVAT advisor—well, yes, they were the ones I ultimately chose. Thomas and his management are simply top-notch; I recommend them without hesitation.
The first meeting with the sales representative was qualitative. We were able to discuss our research and criteria for a long time. The other meetings confirmed this quality of listening. We already completed a construction project with this builder in 2020. The satisfaction obtained meant that for this new project, we returned to him, without consulting others. We value quality above all.

We have not finalized with this builder so we will not evaluate the construction work of this brand. However, I would like to emphasize here the fact that the work provided by the team is top notch. We were followed by Mr Sazerat and he is by far the best salesman of all those we met. Sympathetic, friendly, available, invested and responsive. Really personalized work, plans modified each time to satisfy us, full of ideas.. Our budget being what it is we had to make choices but if we could we would have continued with Privat 👍🏻

Very good experience. House meets my expectations. Best of all, Privat took care of everything, nothing to manage on my side. The salesperson, Ms. Guibert, was very pleasant and gave good advice, and also the works manager, Mr. Magneau, was very friendly and gave good advice. Finally, the budget was perfectly respected, to the nearest euro, which is a plus.

My project is monitored by Mr. SAZERAT whom I recommend, he was able to understand my sometimes complex expectations and he found the solutions in relation to my budget and all in a caring manner with kindness and understanding. His work is very professional, he listens to his client and always finds solutions. I would also like to thank Ms. GABORIAU who takes care of the administrative part and advises you on these points, and also the director who was able to understand my project.

We chose Maison Privat for the construction of our house and we are not disappointed, the salesman Nicolas Beudin was able to listen to us and be available and that is very important, a big thank you to Mrs. Georges who was able to be at our service. listen when we had difficulties with the “many” site managers, a really reassuring person 😊 The construction site went well overall, the workers are really good 👍 there are still a few things to sort out but I'm counting on them to do it quickly 😊
