We received excellent support from Olivier Dana from our very first meeting. It was our first time building a house, so we had many questions. He was very patient, available, and explained everything clearly. Olivier understood our needs perfectly and helped us find the ideal plot of land. He assisted us in communicating with the real estate agent. He then advised us to ensure our needs and budget worked together. We will soon begin construction with the team taking over for the next stage, still with Maison Privat, but we have complete confidence in their professionalism. Thank you, Olivier!

Pour avoir fait le tour de plusieurs constructeurs, je ne peux que conseiller Maison Privat à La Rochelle et particulièrement Jeremy W qui a su nous conseiller dans notre projet et nous donner l’assurance de nous lancer, mais surtout « de réaliser la maison que nous idéalisons » un bon suivie avec de bons conseils, de la bonne humeur et fort d’expérience est certainement la recette idéale pour porter ce premier projet à therme, nous avons vraiment hâte ! 😁😁

Ayant lu des avis plus que positif sur Jeremy Wemaere, nous avons choisi avec ma compagne de passer par Maison Privat pour la construction de notre maison. Jeremy a été disponible, professionnel, patient et toujours souriant. Un très bel exemple que certaines autres boîtes de construction devraient prendre.
