We began our search for a builder two years ago. We came across the Babeau company, where we met Mr. Judek, who, from our very first meeting, inspired confidence and provided us with the best possible solution within our budget. He was always available and able to answer all our questions. Mr. Judek is approachable, attentive, and even during construction, always available to answer any questions. We thank him for all his work and support, especially since he dedicated so much time to helping us design the house we envisioned. Construction began in June, and we had some setbacks after the foundation slab was poured. Our previous site manager was either unavailable or only responded every three days. But in September, we got a new site manager, and thanks to him, the house progressed very well, becoming watertight, airtight, and with the placo finished, just as the previous site manager had told us in early December. We are truly satisfied with Mr. Rosiaux's work and his dedication to our home. For now, I'd give it 4 stars, but if the construction continues at this pace and everything goes smoothly at handover, I'll award it the well-deserved 5 stars. Thank you...

We're posting this review because we're entering the house construction phase. We started the project towards the end of summer 2025. Arnaud J. guided us through our choices, and we're more than satisfied with Babeau Seguin. We contacted several builders, and we clicked with them right away (unlike with Résidences Picardes). A catalog is available, and you're sure to find something you like. You can also opt for a custom design. The planning meeting took place in Troyes (something to keep in mind). Getting an appointment was difficult, but we managed to move it up. It would be beneficial to improve communication between departments (this often comes down to individual issues). Construction started in early April, and we're now at the stage of putting up the walls. It's progressing well, and we're happy with the results. The site manager is excellent, and our first meeting went very well. Pay close attention to the site's condition; we'll see how it holds up over time (concrete residue, broken blocks, etc.). This notice will be updated regularly.
Initially, we started the project with a competitor who didn't take our requests into account. We had the land, the vision, but not the guidance. Our first meeting with Mr. Judek Arnaud was very professional! (May 31, 2024) His attentive listening encouraged us to place our trust in him. From the outset, he understood our project and was able to guide and direct us thanks to his experience. His role was crucial to this initiative. And he was there for us throughout the entire project, always available to answer our questions. - Start of construction ✅ (May 22, 2025) Our site manager, Mr. Rosiaux Christophe, managed the project from start to finish. His expert eye spotted a few issues and he didn't hesitate to fix or redo what wasn't working. Construction started in mid-October, and I'm currently working on the electrical wiring. Frankly, for a six-month project (meaning a one-month hiatus due to the Christmas holidays and the start of the year), the work has been quick and efficient. Excellent advice and the work has been completed without any problems so far – 100% satisfied. Thank you for everything.
Nous avons commencé notre projet en mai 2024, nous avons rencontré M Arnaud Judek qui a su nous orienter sur ce qu’on voulait. Après deux rendez-vous nous avons concrétisé notre projet. Rendez-vous en janvier 2025 pour la signature de la demande du permis de construire. Ensuite rendez-vous quelques mois plus tard pour un rendez-vous de mise au point avant le démarrage de la construction. Aujourd’hui notre maison est en cours de construction, notre conducteur de travaux est top. Je suis satisfaite pour le moment, nous attendons avec impatience la fin de la construction.
We were eager to embark on our own construction project. After an initial meeting with Arnaud Judek, we also met with a competitor for a preliminary consultation. Following these two meetings with builders, we had no hesitation in choosing Babeau Seguin. Communication with Arnaud Judek was incredibly easy and smooth. He is always attentive and responds to our questions promptly (even though I contacted him extensively, even during his holidays and weekends). He is always there to help us. Hello, We met with Arnaud Judek several times. He listened carefully to our needs and helped us bring our project to fruition (he came to our home without any issues), despite a misunderstanding at the second meeting, which was resolved immediately and professionally. Arnaud handled all the administrative tasks, which is truly important for clients. He was able to answer all our questions. We were received by Arnaud JUDEK for our house construction project and we are delighted. After an initial meeting with a competitor that didn't lead to a positive outcome, we decided to entrust our project to Arnaud. Competent, responsive, honest, and attentive, he instilled confidence in us and clearly explained all the stages of the project. Arnaud also offered his personal perspective, which greatly helped us with our plans! Although questions may still arise over time, he makes himself available to answer them. We signed the deed at the notary's office today and are waiting for the technical planning meeting to choose the finishes for the doors, tiles, and other details. The only slight drawback we could mention is that this meeting is in Troyes, almost a 3-hour drive from our home. However, the woman who is to meet with us was very pleasant and accommodating on the phone, working around our schedule and our constraints with the children. Therefore, we highly recommend this builder for their work and their customer service.
We started our project at the beginning of 2024 with Arnaud's support. He provided excellent advice, was very approachable, and had great interpersonal skills; it was thanks to him that we found our plot of land. He was truly essential throughout every stage of construction, always available by phone, and played a crucial role in our project. Our project manager, Jean-Louis, was responsive to our requests and comments and was able to address every potential flaw in our construction. We thank him for his efficiency. The only comment we have concerns the MAP meeting in Troyes. The person who met with us didn't seem sufficiently knowledgeable on the subject: her answers were vague, she didn't adequately consider our needs, and she seemed to want to do things her own way. This meeting was scheduled to last three hours; we ended up staying a little longer but had to leave because it was lunchtime. Currently in the first phase of construction (building permit application and approval), I dealt with Mr. Judek at the Amiens office. Mr. Judek has been overseeing the construction process since my first visit to the office. He is always available to answer my questions and address my uncertainties. He is very attentive and responsive to my requests. The building permit has just been granted, and I am eagerly awaiting the start of construction.
A reliable builder who is available to his clients. He has excellent expertise and is always happy to offer his personal opinion to help us refine our clients' wishes. After consulting several manufacturers Babeau Seguin is the only one to have had a very professional approach in fact, the salesman Mr JUDEK is a very good salesman but also a very good technician which made the difference with the other manufacturers. The support is very professional and the availability at each stage makes us feel supported in our project. Mr JUDEK was able to guide us with his expertise in our project which was very precise. These remarks were always relevant. He did not count his hours both at the agency and on the telephone. While thinking about what to do for a first real estate project (old, new, renovation, etc.), I headed here because it was the first to offer RE2020 before the obligation, all at a good price. Mr Judek was very professional and very good advisor and knew how to best manage the preparation of the project in relation to my expectations and even showed me houses being built in the style I wanted to best visualize what I look for. Very responsive to the slightest question, he was able to reassure me and help me get started on a project that is going well and which will take shape next year since the land was signed for a Christmas gift and a technical meeting at the beginning of January. Our real estate project led us to go to the Babeau Seguin agency following numerous adventures there. We found an advisor there, Mr. JUDEK, who was able to listen to our request and our criteria and offer us plans and a price that perfectly matched our request. Mr. JUDEK was patient, relevant, attentive and always with a smile and humor. We ultimately did not complete this purchase because the property in the old building that we were looking at had received an offer from Belgian buyers who never went to the notary to sign the compromise and then they withdrew 6 weeks later. We therefore positioned ourselves on this old property but there is no doubt that if we had passed through Babeau Seguin, we would have been completely satisfied.
