We chose Privat to build our house and we are delighted with our choice. A big thank you to their sales representative, Mr. Destray, who was there for us from the very beginning of our search until today, even after we received the keys. And a huge thank you also to the site manager, Mr. Beziaud, for his thoroughness and professionalism, and to Ms. Georges at the head office, who was an invaluable help throughout the entire project.
We had a very good rapport with our consultant. A mutual trust was established from the very first meeting. Thank you to Walter for all the work he's done so far, for his availability, and for his professionalism. We're eager to start construction.

At this stage of our relationship with Maisons PRIVAT (pending the building permit application), we have nothing but satisfaction to express, particularly with the sales manager, Walter DESTRAY, whose professionalism and attentiveness allowed us to move forward with this project quickly and smoothly. Currently under construction with Maison Privat we are very satisfied with the availability and the solutions found by Mr. Destray. the latter is very responsive. Everything is clear and square and all in a good mood. We recommend with your eyes closed.

Notre projet a été parfaitement pris en main par notre conseiller Monsieur DESTRAY. Avec une écoute très pro, une grande disponibilité et la prise en compte attentive de nos souhaits et de notre budget, Mr Destray nous a apporté de nombreux conseils et solutions pour les aspects techniques, pratiques et esthétiques. Sa grande disponibilité nous a permis d’échanger à plusieurs reprise sur les solutions à trouver pour mettre au point nos plans qui devaient se conformer strictement aux exigences cumulées du PLU, des Bâtiments de France et de la Prévention des risques inondation. Avec professionnalisme, il s’est rendu à la Mairie à plusieurs reprises pour s’assurer, avant la demande de permis de construire, de la compatibilité du projet avec les règles de l’urbanisme imposées dans l’île de Noirmoutier. Une étude de sol a été réalisée. Nous avons également reçu toutes les garanties nous assurant la fiabilité de MAISONS PRIVAT, que nous recommandons vivement. Maintenant nous attendons avec impatience la phase construction de notre maison.

First of all, commercially, Mr Destray, who is not just a salesman but a commercial and technical advisor, allowed us to perfectly define our project. The construction went perfectly even if there were always hazards with a site manager (Mr Besseau) who informed me regularly and sent me photos given that I could not travel regularly to the site. The result corresponds to our expectations with a very good level of quality of materials and workmanship, all within a controlled budget compared to other manufacturers consulted. I do not have shares in Privat, but I recommend this manufacturer.
