First of all, this builder has its own construction teams, which makes all the difference. Secondly, you can tell it's a family business and they're not trying to pressure you. There are bound to be some things to criticize (options not offered, site manager who never calls back), but overall, it's really great.
The salesperson was very professional and friendly, advising and guiding us through every step of the process, from the plans and land selection to the construction. The plans were 100% custom-made, allowing us to have a house that seems perfect for our needs and budget. I highly recommend them.
Our construction project got off to a very bad start with a competing builder who backed out despite our signed contract… PAvilons ParotR restored our hopes for our project and even allowed us to build a house far more beautiful than initially planned, thanks to their excellent advice and reassurance. Throughout the project, we benefited from outstanding support, always delivered with good humor, clear explanations, and professionalism. We sincerely thank Baptiste for this. His responsiveness, availability, and unwavering professionalism allowed us to experience this project with complete peace of mind and total confidence. Everyone involved worked to a high standard; we have absolutely no complaints. Today, a year after moving in, we are still just as happy in our home and thank Maisons PArot for allowing us to complete this life project under the best possible conditions. Even a year after receiving the keys, their availability has remained the same, which is important to emphasize. We wish you all the best with our beautiful home.
I contacted this builder because I wanted to know what kind of house I could have given my budget and the price of the land. This builder was recommended to me by a builder in the Vendée region. And indeed, the sales representative who met with me was very professional and, above all, very attentive. I highly recommend them.

We were very well supported by the sales person, very professional and attentive.
My husband and I are 62 and 63 years old and fortunately we chose PAROT. From the design of the project to the handover of the keys, everything went perfectly. Listening, competent people, good advisors, were able to guide us in a clear and open dialogue. Available by telephone or in agency, giving explanations to our requests. We were supported throughout this project which at our ages was not easy. Thank you all.

Nous avons signé avec pavillons Parot pendant les périodes covid, et malgré ca les délais ont été respectés, pas de problèmes majeur à signaler, sur le moindre petit soucis mr Colson à été réactif et à fait en sorte de le résoudre rapidement, Nous verrons dans le temps. Pavillonneur sérieux!

Ravis de notre pavillon. Malgré le covid les temps on été plutôt bien respectés. La maison est identique aux plans de départ. Nous sommes très satisfaits. Nous avons toujours eu quelqu’un pour répondre à nos questions. Pas de problèmes majeurs à déplorer. Aucun regrets ! La maison est superbe ! ♥️
