As an external consultant for RE2020 certifications, I observe that the construction method is rigorous and well-executed. Airtightness tests are often well below the mandatory thresholds. Having worked with several builders in the sector, Batilor offers, in my opinion, one of the best value-for-money ratios.
We signed with the sales representative in Belfort for a weathertight shell house, and we were very impressed with the concept. The interior materials offered are high quality. The handover took place in June, and the site manager supervised the construction site very well. A few minor imperfections were addressed, and solutions were offered. A reliable team that I recommend.
Construction with solid features: brick masonry, terracotta tiles, integrated motorized roller shutters, textured render, crawl space, heat pump with underfloor heating and home automation… Our local partner tradespeople work diligently and respect deadlines. Don't hesitate to visit the agency…

I handle RE2020 certifications for Batilor through an external firm, and honestly, I have nothing to complain about. The construction method is sound, and the implementation is excellent. Most of the houses we've tested are more than half the required standards—with airtightness tests around 0.25/0.30. And, just so you know, having worked with quite a few builders in the area, they offer the best value for money. I even built a Batilor house in 2025, and I'm thrilled with it. I'm sharing my opinion because I've noticed unfounded comments popping up online, and honestly, Batilor really doesn't deserve them. From project manager Mika Mugnier to site supervisor Ludo Martin, you can trust them completely! They do a great job.
They took care of everything, I'm delighted! From land research, to tailor-made plans (They are great...), including the submission of PCs and site monitoring and there...we are in! ; )We signed in July 2023, and we took delivery in June 2024. Ma maison est quasiment terminée et je devrais la réceptionner très rapidement. Je suis relativement satisfait de la rapidité d’exécution des travaux qui ont commencé dès la levée des clauses suspensives. Les plaquistes ont particulièrement bien fait leur travail, l’enduit a été appliqué de façon très soignée. Aucune mal façon à signaler à ce jour, simplement un SAV à prévoir sur les dessous de toit. L’enduit n’est pas encore mis donc je ne peux pas juger cela ni les éventuelles infiltrations ainsi que la bonne isolation de la maison. A moyen terme je pourrai ajouter un témoignage concernant ces points. La communication avec M. DUCHENE se passe très bien, il a la double casquette commercial/conducteur de travaux, ce qui facilite les échanges. Le plus gros du travail a été fait sans encombre je vais donc continuer à travailler avec Batilor pour mes autres constructions qui seront destinées à la location, une seconde maison devrait commencer sous peu. Si besoin de venir voir le résultat des travaux, il suffit de contacter M. DUCHENE pour qu’il organise cela.
Je suis à ma deuxième constructions par Batilor et le rapport qualité prix est plutôt correct. Le projet de construction donne du stress qui provoque quelques fois des discussions houleuses avec cedric Duchene, qui a chaques fois se finalisent par du positif . Chaques appels de ma part a été pris au serieux avec une bonne réactivité dans les réponses Je suis en cours de réception de ma deuxième maison et vous invite à venir visiter quand elle sera terminée.
Nous avons apprécié trouver une oreille attentive à nos envies et besoins ainsi que de bénéficier de conseils avisés.On constate le professionnalisme et la réactivité. Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis en confiance. Voilà bientôt deux ans que nous habitons dans notre maison.Si nous devions reconstruire nous changerions bien des choses ci et là, mais pas le constructeur.
Very satisfied with Batilor even if everything was not perfect. We changed works supervisors and the second (almost) made up for the delay caused by the first and the defects we had seen. The technical director was of great help and competence. I would probably have given 4 stars and not 5 but when I see the number of false negative reviews coming from competitors or dissatisfied customers who leave 10 reviews (XX YY, XX?...), I find it scandalous. So yes, I confirm that you can trust Batilor and that you can come see my house whenever you want to judge for yourself
