We chose Maison Vesta for our single-story project from the very beginning, and the speed of progress and quality were breathtaking. Things changed with the finishing work. Our project manager, Adda, reassured us, explaining that given the number of contractors involved, it was normal for coordination to take time. But the result was still impressive: we received the keys six months after the start of construction. I highly recommend Maison Vesta, especially for their project manager, Adda Fodil, who manages everything like a conductor while also being accommodating with details and minor oversights at the MAP (Meetings and Projects) meeting.
For my part, the house is fine, the materials are high quality, and the deadlines were met. Be aware of the potential for early payment requests, but this builder honored their contract before its completion and always responded to my letters and calls. I am satisfied with the final result. Forgetting a front door rosette or a crawl space grate seems to be a common mistake among builders, but this is just a minor detail. Today, nothing moves, nothing cracks, and everything works well, which isn't the case for everyone. Customer service is available, although you have to be patient (they have many houses to manage). In conclusion, I recommend them and thank Mr. Fodil and Ms. Pignatti.
Excellent experience, Adda is a top-quality site manager. The tradespeople who worked on our house were very efficient.
Handover of the house ahead of schedule. Construction began on 11/15/24, and a 100m² house with a 15m² garage was handed over on 8/1/25. Everything went very well.
I am satisfied with the construction of my single-story house carried out by Maison VESTA, which was managed by Adda Fodil. The monitoring of the construction site was appreciable. I regularly received photos of the progress, which allowed me to follow the work remotely. The house was delivered with a beautiful quality of finish. And when I received the keys, I had the nice surprise of receiving a welcome basket, a very appreciated gesture. After some administrative setbacks with the administration, we were very well supported by the Maisons Vesta team, and particularly by our project manager. The house meets our expectations. We will finally be able to enjoy it.
We have just completed our partial reception of our house today. Thank you to Mr. FODIL for his listening and support throughout this adventure which is not over. We now have the painting, tiling and parquet flooring workshops so we can finally say we are at home. I highly recommend Maisons VESTA
Following a serious problem with my crawl space, I called the Maisons Vesta Pont-à-Mousson after-sales service who were able to react very quickly to my request the next morning and offer me an appointment with their plumber to come and repair an error that dates back to the construction of the house. Great support, human contact and professionalism, I recommend 👍 Congratulations!
Building a house is a wonderful experience, even more so when it is done without any worries. A big thank you to Vincent VIDEMONT without whom our project would perhaps not have been possible. And above all a very big thank you to our works manager Adda FODIL, for his responsiveness and availability. Quality monitoring of the site has been put in place as well as mutual trust. A simply exceptional human adventure! A big thank you to Vincent Videmont for carrying out our project and who was able to meet all our expectations and understand our project. Our construction site went smoothly, the craftsmen who worked on our site carried out quality work, all under the expert eye of our super works manager Adda FODIL. Adda is a serious, available, caring person who was able to support us and reassure us throughout our project. And finally a big thank you to Luca and Thomas for their help on the day of the reception 😃 In the future if we have to rebuild, we will turn with our eyes closed to Maison Vesta.
Tout d’abord un remerciement à mon commercial M.BIALEK, qui nous a accompagné lors de toute l’année de chantier et qui a su répondre à nos attentes. Ensuite un grand merci à mon conducteur de chantier M.FODIL qui a reprit le chantier en cours durant une année 2022 à peu compliqué avec les inflations et le manque de matériaux, il a toujours su répondre présent suite à mes différents messages et appels. Je ne peux que conseiller Maison Vesta, ma maison a finit avec un test d’étanchéité excellent, un résultat digne d’une maison passive de 0,19m3/h/m2. La plupart des artisans sont excellents, notamment, l’électricien, le plombier chauffagiste, le maçon, le couvreur-zingueur et le plaquiste qui ont fait un boulot formidable. Je suis pleinement satisfait de maison Vesta Pont à Mousson et de tout le personnel qui m'a accompagné tout au long de mon projet Des le debut j'ai été accueilli par Mr Sanchez qui avec une oreille attentive, répond toujours aux questions que l'on peut se poser, il m'a toujours très bien expliqué et accompagné dans mes démarches administrative, jusqu'à mon conducteur travaux Mr Fodil qui suis mon projet m'informe en temps et en heures de l'avancer de mon chantier . L'accueil est également tres agréable, le personnel vous chouchoute des vôtre arrivé .
