Our sales representative, Vincent, passionate and professional, listened carefully to our needs to design a house that reflected the future owner's style and was perfectly suited to the plot. As a result, our small house is very functional and enjoys excellent sun exposure. All the services provided were of high quality, so much so that when he quoted a total construction price, including connection fees, etc., the budget was adhered to. Construction proceeded according to a precise schedule for each contractor. Remote monitoring (photos, etc.) was carried out using a user-friendly application. At the end of construction, the list of contractors and the instruction manuals for the installed appliances were provided to the homeowner. Unforeseen external issues, particularly with neighbors, disrupted the project, but the Maisons Elysées Océan team assisted us in resolving the dispute. Thank you to this wonderful, cohesive team: sales, design office, administration, and technical staff, for dedicating their expertise entirely to customer satisfaction.
