After our previous builder went into liquidation, we were looking for someone trustworthy. We connected very well with Mr. Judek and are delighted to have relaunched our project with him. He provided excellent follow-up, was very responsive, and his interpersonal skills were much appreciated.
House almost finished and handover scheduled soon. Work progressed quickly once the suspensive conditions were met. The drywallers did a very neat job and the plastering is beautiful. Communication with Mr. Duchêne is smooth, which facilitates discussions. Overall, very satisfied.
Batilor is a very professional builder. We were assisted by Émilien, a highly competent sales representative who advised us on the project, the pitfalls to avoid, and financing. We highly recommend them.
Batilor is a reputable builder that offers quality homes. While the delivery times can sometimes be a little long and require a few follow-ups, overall the experience remains very positive.
I'm very happy with my build with Batilor. The entire process was professional, from the sales representative to the project manager, right down to the very friendly, careful, and meticulous craftsmen. I don't regret my choice of this builder. You have to be "square," because they are too, and when you understand each other, everything goes well. And congratulations on the ultra-short deadline, a 200 m² single-story house in 8 months! Go for it without fear.
Our house was completed 2 months ago and we are really satisfied - Very good value for money - Honestly, for being part of it (I am a designer) the building materials are of very good quality (Bricks, joinery, tiles), the interior plasterwork is very well made, we barely had to sand to paint - The home automation works after connecting it to the box - Honestly, nothing to complain about - I will do it again - Thanks again to Messrs Mugnier Mickael and FROSSARD Jean-Luc for their professionalism! You are great!
Nous venons de construire notre maison avec batilor et nous sommes très satisfait du déroulement des travaux le commercial mr TREUTHARD est très compétent et de bons conseils il est présent et disponible du début à la fin Greg le conducteur de chantier gère très bien le déroulement des travaux maison faites en 7 mois Maison batilor à de bons artisans locaux Sérieux et très professionnels Design habitat mrs Aygun plaquiste Societe Tasci qui à réaliser la maçonnerie Mr ludwig Sylvain electricien La société CSA lure plombier Jk carrelage Carreleur Mr Aubert terrassier Merci à eux pour leur disponibilité amabilité Sérieux et professionnalisme Seul point négatif Il serait bien que le directeur se présente au moins une fois pendant la construction C est dommage
