We chose Maison Concept to guide us through our house construction project. I would particularly like to thank Dimitri Gonsard, who supported us throughout the entire process. Given our rather complicated schedules, my husband and I, Dimitri always agreed to meet with us on Saturdays. He was always available to answer all our questions very quickly, help us, guide us, and accompany us to our various appointments, including with our kitchen designer, whose business has since closed and been taken over. I highly recommend Dimitri for his professionalism and availability. The best proof of this is that we asked Dimitri to assist our son with his own project… Building a house is a great adventure where you see the construction site evolve as it progresses, and it's important to have good support and to have confidence in the process. Dimitri met both of these expectations.
I started my project with Maison Concept, which I discovered through my parents' recommendation, and this initial sales phase far exceeded my expectations. From our very first interactions, I felt a genuine commitment: attentive listening, excellent availability, and exemplary responsiveness. Every question received a clear, precise, and transparent answer, allowing me to move forward calmly and confidently. A huge thank you to Mr. Dimitri Gonsard for his professionalism and the quality of his support. You can feel a real investment in the project, with a desire to provide tailored solutions and personalized follow-up. This quality of service makes all the difference and reflects true professionalism. Thanks also to the entire team for their dedication. I fully understand why my parents recommended Maison Concept, and I am now very happy with their choice. I am now approaching the construction phase with peace of mind, and I will be sure to update this review at the end of the project to share my overall feedback.
I am satisfied with the work of Maisons Concept. A big thank you to Mr. Dimitri GONSARD who was able to support us, listen to us, and advise us. Mr. GONSARD is professional and has the good sense not to criticize his competitors (a sign of seriousness). Thank you also to Ms. AUBETS, the sales manager, who follows up and coordinates the files, both in terms of sales and after-sales service. One area for improvement, in my opinion, is the after-sales service and the follow-up with the tradespeople. I contacted the after-sales service regarding the windows and doors, and the response time was far too long (over 6 months). Personally, I find the house's stucco too thin; compared to my neighbors', theirs is better. I also regret that the site manager was changed mid-construction (the first one went on sick leave). It was difficult for his colleague who replaced him (his own projects plus those of his sick colleague), and this impacted the project's progress. Maisons Concept is a reputable builder, and I hope my observations will help them improve and increase their market share.
We are delighted to share our experience with Dimitri, the sales representative. From the very beginning of our project, he was attentive, highly responsive, and always available to answer our questions, even the simplest ones. A very warm welcome and excellent communication with Mr. Gonsard. Mr. Gonsard is someone I highly recommend. It was truly a pleasure to find someone who listened to us (before the project began and also during the meeting) and answered our questions. He anticipated all our needs and provided his estimates, taking care to do all the research beforehand. He didn't force the sale or denigrate his colleagues. He was a truly excellent salesperson.
Unfortunately, we were unable to complete our real estate project for personal reasons beyond the control of the builder. That said, we would like to highlight the professionalism, availability, and attentiveness that Mr. Gonsard demonstrated throughout our discussions. We particularly recommend Maisons Concept. For our first construction, we had good support. Special thanks to our sales representative M.GONSART for responding to our expectations, questions and helping a lot with administrative procedures. Not always easy for individuals. Thanks to the Le Mans agency who were there for us. Thank you to the works manager and the craftsmen who worked well and on time. Status: pre-contract signature. After seeing several builders on the internet and in person, I finally caught my attention for Maison Concept. For what ? 1- Resources: being in the process of divorce and faced with the refusal of my bank to want to give me a loan simulation, my commercial advisor finally gave me a solution to move forward in this life project. This project was able to move forward despite this situation. Another sales advisor had already given up... 2 - Transparency: the land I purchased is located in a protected area. My advisor having worked on the file of the house next to mine, he knew the pitfalls of the pitfalls to avoid and directed me towards a house which should fit perfectly into the landscape to obtain the building permit. 3- Synergy: concerning my kitchen, he offered to put me in contact with the kitchen designer with whom the company works. This is a plus for the development of plans and good communication. This kitchen designer was very serious. In conclusion, where there may be obstacles, my advisor has proven to be a facilitator and I thank him for that.
We would like to thank our construction manager Mr B, who was able to guide us and answer our questions about the construction of our house. For a first construction we recommend Maison Concept. A team that listens and is very professional. A project that went smoothly despite small, acceptable delays.
We succeeded in our project with the help of our advisor Mr Lafresnaye Stevy. A very attentive advisor, who answers your questions and is very invested in his clients. Go ahead with your eyes closed, you are very well supervised.
Our house is under construction, and it was through an internet comparison that we chose Maisons Concept Le Mans. Excellent welcome, friendly, dynamic and professional team. Taking into account wishes and strength of proposal. The most important thing is to provide personalized follow-up. To date, masonry will begin, gables, then framework, then roofing, etc. Deadline respected, quality of work, clean site. we are convinced that it will be the same until completion.
For personal reasons we were unable to carry out our project.
