MCA built our house in 2017, and we have never regretted our choice (we had previously been victims of another dishonest builder). With MCA, everything was transparent. From the initial planning stages, with precise cost estimates and detailed descriptions of the work, and throughout the construction process, we were able to modify certain details and IMMEDIATELY receive an adjustment to the cost, whether it was an increase or a decrease. In 2022, we converted a basement bedroom ourselves. This year, we had a problem that we reported to our home insurance company. Although not directly involved, MCA was summoned, and the site manager (who was overseeing our project) was present at the meeting. We are very glad we chose such a reputable company.
We would like to express our sincere thanks to Stéphany Rolancy for her support in building our future home. Stéphany was a great listener when it came to our design and layout needs. She always found a solution that offered us the fewest compromises possible and the most appropriate project for our needs and budget. She is very professional and available! Stéphany always answered even the smallest of our questions with kindness and assistance. Despite the minor inconveniences that can arise at the beginning of a project, everything was handled smoothly. Truly, Stéphany, a big thank you. A big thank you also to Céline, who assisted us as a customer service assistant for our administrative support. Her collaboration was invaluable, and we would like to thank her for her kindness during our various discussions. Finally, we would also like to thank the management at MCAlpes, who responded quickly to a documentation issue (which was caused by our bank, not our builder). We felt supported and very well supported throughout this inconvenience. We are very happy to have chosen MCAlpes for the construction of our future home and we look forward to the next steps together!

We contacted the Étaux office for our construction project. Stéphany guided us from the start, providing us with valuable advice and impeccable follow-up. She demonstrated exemplary professionalism, great availability and real investment. Unfortunately, for reasons beyond our control and those of MCA, our project could not be completed. However, we will not hesitate to get in touch again for a future project, if the opportunity arises!

On a d’abord vécu le pire avec un premier constructeur avant de tomber par chance sur MCALPES et en particulier Elisa qui nous a accompagné avec bienveillance, réactivité et professionnalisme pour mener à bien notre projet. Rien à redire à part mille mercis !!
