After a year of paperwork since our first meeting, and with the bank dragging its feet incredibly much, we're finally going to be able to start construction and we can't wait!! We built a house in Oex with MCAlpes, the Cluses agency. The first contact with Mr. Foti on the project and commercial side was very good. Our situation was taken into account at the right level. The work with the design office throughout the project despite the hazards was good, solutions adapted to our desires and our budget were offered to us and we are happy with the final results. The company knows the sector and the PLU very well and the file for the building permit was straightforward. Then we move on to the construction site. We worked with Mr. KESTAN, also someone very professional. he always met our expectations with a very professional attitude, taking our requests into account until the site was received and beyond. As with any project, there were a few blunders and blunders, but nothing that called into question our project and its delivery date. They are always available to answer us and provide us with a solution with little or no impact on our budget. From the start we had very good interpersonal contact with Mr. Solfrini in charge of our project. Commercial and excellent professional, he was able to adapt to both our needs and our desires. For the administrative part, Ms. l'Hérondelle was very efficient and responsive in carrying out the procedures. Despite some hazards which seem normal on the road to construction, Mr. Kestan, our works manager, ensured perfect monitoring of the site and masterfully managed the various companies, which we know is not always simple. The completion deadlines were met and we believe that 13 months to obtain the keys to our house was reasonable. Hats off to Mr. Canart, responsible for the sector who was able to be active in resolving certain difficulties that were particularly worrying for us. Finally, an improvement should be considered at the design office level so that customer relations are created through listening and dialogue. We are overall very satisfied with our “construction experience” at MCA and today we thank everyone who contributed to making us feel good at home.
We recommend MCA. Mr. Foti knows his job well, competent, available, attentive and gives good advice, we recommend. Let's hope that our next interlocutors will live up to it!

Concernant le début de notre projet, nous sommes entièrement satisfaits. L'équipe est agréable, à l'écoute, disponible, très professionnelle ! N'hésite pas à revenir vers nous lorsque les dernières nouvelles se font attendre. Un gros clin d'oeil également à M. FOTI qui s'est montré très présent et très rassurant avec nous et qui a su s'adapter à notre budget ! Le point fort de MCA, je trouve, est que l'on peut terminer les travaux nous-mêmes, c'est grâce à ça aussi que notre projet a pu aboutir car c'est un coût à prendre en compte ! En route pour la construction, nous espérons que celle-ci se passera toute aussi bien. En tout cas, pour le moment MCA sont au top (les conseils des proches au sujet de ce constructeur ont été validés !).
Monsieur Foti a répondu rapidement à nos appels et notre projet de construction. Très réactif, il a tout fait pour répondre à nos attentes. Nous avons hâte de pouvoir avancer sur notre projet.
